Shipping

All orders are shipped from our studio within 3–7 business days after placing the order.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link in your inbox.

We currently ship across India.
Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We get it — sometimes it’s not love at first fit.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Send us an email at customercare@rtickles.in with your order number and reason

We currently don’t offer refunds, but we’ll happily exchange or offer store credit for the same value.
